"Visions of Utopia: Experiments in Sustainable Culture" with The Red Clover Collective

Thursday Aug 20, 8PM @ Red Emma's

The Red Clover Collective will be cohosting a screening of "Visions of Utopia: Experiments in Sustainable Culture" with Red Emma's as part of their Summer Screening Series.

This film is a two-part documentary about intentional communities and the people who coexist within them.  The films chronicle seventeen diverse intentional communities and explores why people would decide to live in a shared-style, what works and what doesn't when making this commitment, and why communities come together to stay together.

We'll watch segments of the films and facilitate the discussion afterwards and talk a bit about our own story.

FRESH celebrates the farmers, thinkers and business people across America who are re-inventing our food system. Forging healthier, sustainable alternatives, they offer a practical vision of our food and our planet’s future. FRESH addresses an ethos that has been sweeping the nation and is a call to action America has been waiting for. There will be a discussion after the film with Participation Park.
